What is my training style all about?
I am a Motivator- NOT mlitary sergeant yellling in your face. All our workouts are a fast-paced adventure into mixed fitness focusing on Kettlebell movements, bodyweight movements as well as ones with weights, bands, agility ladders, sandbags and various others for an awesome aerobic and strength intensity.
Where is Kamp held?
Our Kettlebell Kamp is held at Discovery Park in Gilbert at Greenfield (aka Santan Village Pkwy) and Pecos Rd. (It's right by the 202 and Pecos.)
We are "kid friendly". If you have 'em, bring 'em! 
When is Kettlebell Kamp held?
Kettlebell Kamp is Monday through Friday at 6:30pm.

When I attend Kettlebell Kamp what items do I need to bring?
Kampers are expected to arrive on time with a water bottle, towel, an exercise mat if you have one and a great big smile on your face ready to go! I provide the kettlebells, extra water, and any other necessary equipment for the daily workouts.
How does Kettlebell Kamp work?
Sessions are approx. 45 minutes each and very high energy and a super fun time. All fitness levels are welcome! We don't work for reps or weight. We focus on timed sets. Everyone goes at their own pace, but of course I'm gonna push that pace. We always have open enrollment and I definitely encourage you to start seeing changes today.
What makes my program so different from other Personal Training, Group Training, or Boot Camp style training programs?
We do not focus on typical gym style weight lifting which simply does not work for 90% of the population. We realize it takes so much more and that is precisely why we concentrate a great deal on functional training utilizing Kettlebell movements which imitate what people do every day in real life as well as the big picture of diet and nutrition as well. Our program puts strength, conditioning, and full diet fundamentals directly into each session so that you will be able to participate in anything you do at a much higher intensity and again live your everyday life with a greater well-being. A price tag cannot be placed on those results.
What kind of results can you expect?
Since everyone's bodies are very different there is no way to determine exactly what results you will see. What you put into the program is exactly what you will get out of it. You WILL BLAST FAT! You WILL get stronger. You WILL feel great and experience a much better overall well-being. Your self-confidence WILL sky-rocket!
What if I'm not very physically fit?
That's okay!
That exactly what our program is for. Our group has all ages and conditioning levels and we focus on everything according to our own fitness abilities. I instruct everyone to go at their own pace, but believe me I will definitely push that pace.
What kinds of people do we train?
They are folks just like YOU-- someone who just needs a little push to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Most Kampers have some history of exercise, but that's definitely not required and exactly why we're here.

Essentially we make getting into great shape as easy as it gets. All you need to do is consistently show up, work hard, and the results will come. Then the only question will be how fast.
We pay very close attention to form and technique because your safety is my utmost concern. Please keep in mind that our training is intense and it will challenge even the toughest of clients, but our primary goal is to: KEEP YOU FREE OF HARM. Safety is number one!
What do I do after I reach all my goals?
No matter what you do in the gym that alone will not make you look or feel a certain way. Lifting weights will not necessarily make you get big muscles and doing a lot of cardio exercise will not necessarily make you lose a lot of fat either. Yes both of these can happen, however it solely depends on your diet and what you eat and when you eat it. Timing is everything!
Many people believe that having a healthy body is as simple as going to the gym running or cycling for 30-60 minutes, lifting some weights, and then throw in a few stretches. Getting in shape is not the hardest thing to do, but it's also not the easiest or if it was more people would already be there. Kettlebell Kamp will help you every step of the way. Kampers, on a regular basis, decrease body fat, increase strength, improve functionality regardless of age or condition and rise every day with even more vigor than when they were younger.
