First we will review the basics of the Swing, Clean and Pressing movements. Our main focus for the Advanced Class will be Snatches, Jerks, and Long Cycle; however you will learn Double Cleans, Sots Presses, Windmills, Bent Presses and more.
You will learn the most efficient methods of Kettlebell Training through proper breathing techniques. We will also be focusing on program designing by practicing efficiency timed set drills to maximize strength, power, fat burning and ultimate conditioning.
